Custom Gem Hunting Service
At Vivid Jewels, we don’t hold stock. Instead, we hunt for the specific gemstones you need for your clients. This ensures that every stone we provide is of the highest quality and perfectly suited to your requirements. Typically, the timeframe from starting the hunt to having the gemstone in your shop is 2-4 weeks.
To initiate the service, we require a small gem hunting deposit, which is refundable if we can’t find your gem in time and will be deducted from the final price upon delivery. Once the gemstone is sourced and certified, we take a full deposit, with the completion payment due once the gem is in the country. This approach ensures a smooth and reliable process, delivering the finest gems for your jewellery creations.
